Refund Policy

1. Our Approach

We invest significant time and resources into every campaign from the moment payment is confirmed. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Setup Timeline

Campaign setup begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation. This includes profile branding, targeting research, and message copywriting. Once setup has started, resources have been committed.

3. Refund Window

You have 24 hours from the time of payment to request a cancellation for a full refund — provided setup has not yet started. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at tanveerahmed.o@gmail.com.

After 24 hours, or once setup has begun (whichever comes first), no full refund is available.

4. Partial Refund — Campaign Not Yet Live

If setup has begun but the outreach campaign has not yet gone live, a 50% partial refund may be issued to account for resources already used (profile creation, targeting, copywriting). This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Refund — Campaign Live

Once your outreach campaign has gone live, no refund is available regardless of results. As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes — results depend on your offer, audience, and market conditions.

6. Service Failure

If we fail to deliver the agreed service due to an error on our part, we will offer either a full re-run at no cost or a partial refund at our discretion.
